Work must be completed at the at the job site physical loaction. There is no option to work remotely.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment, as required.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor covering installation crew members
- Coordinate work activities with project supervisors, managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Supervise workers engaged in floor covering installation and other related construction activities.
- Establish work methods to meet project schedules and ensure efficient workflow.
- Resolve work-related issues and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality.
- Requisition materials, tools, and supplies required for projects.
- Train workers on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Recommend personnel actions, including hiring, promotion, and performance improvement.
- Prepare work progress reports and maintain project records.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Supervise apprentices, helpers, and labourers engaged in floor covering and related construction work.
- Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by management.
