Finish Carpenter
Terms of Employment: Permanent employment Full time, $38.55 hourly / 32 to 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Languages: Written and Spoken English are required
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work site environment: Noisy, Dusty, At heights, Dusty
Work setting: Construction, Various locations, Renovation, Commercial, Residential, Repair
Duties:
- Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
- Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
- Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites
- Supervise other workers
- Estimate costs and materials
- Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments
Supervision : 1-2 people
