Abraham’s Cannabis is looking for a full time permanent Retail Sales supervisor at our Inuvik location : 110 Veteran’s Way, Inuvik, NT X0E 0T0
Minimum High School is needed and 1 year experience working in retail sector needed.
Duties and Responsibilities of this job will be :
• Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers on the sales floor.
• Resolve customer complaints and address product supply shortages.
• Maintain inventory and assist in placing orders with suppliers.
• Prepare staff schedules and assign daily duties to sales workers.
• Authorize refunds, exchanges and payments
• Prepare sales, merchandising, and staff performance reports.
• Train and evaluate performance of new sales staff.
• Perform frontline sales and cashier duties as needed.
• Handle duties like opening/closing, escalated complaints, marketing input, and receiving deliveries.
• Maintain store displays, signage, and cleanliness standards.
Hourly pay $25.50, with 30 to 35 hours a week
