Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote dental services
- Coordinate advertising, promotional campaigns, and community outreach activities
- Manage the clinic’s online presence, social media, and digital marketing materials
- Conduct marketing research and analyze patient engagement trends
- Prepare reports, presentations, promotional content, and informational materials
- Advise management on marketing and patient retention strategies
- Organize special events, promotions, and public awareness initiatives
- Maintain and manage marketing databases and administrative records
- Assist in developing business plans and growth strategies for the clinic
