Job Description
- Plant, cultivate, fertilize, and irrigate vegetable crops.
- Monitor crops and identify signs of diseases, pests, and other health problems.
- Harvest vegetables manually or using farm tools and equipment.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
- Sort, grade, clean, and pack vegetables according to quality standards.
- Examine harvested produce for quality and prepare it for market.
- Perform weeding, pruning, and general crop maintenance activities.
- Load, unload, and transport harvested vegetables, supplies, and farm materials.
- Clean and maintain fields, work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Follow farm safety procedures and instructions provided by supervisors
