• 1 to less than 2 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Direct, control, and oversee daily salon operations

• Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day activities

• Develop and implement staff policies and procedures

• Manage budgeting, inventory, and supply control

• Handle advertising, promotions, and marketing contracts

• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff

• Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints
