Salary: $30.43 to $39.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 44 hours per week

Responsibilities
Tasks
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Oversee safety of operations
- Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
- Monitor quality and production levels
- Maintain records on inventory control system
- Enforce policies and procedures
- Resolve conflict situations
- Monitor staff performance
- Maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages
- Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets

Labourers in rubber and plastic products manufacturing
Plastics processing machine operators

Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
Scientific specialization: Recycling
