Online Chat Support Agent – Remote
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Online Chat Support Agent to provide real-time support to customers via live chat platforms. In this role, you will respond to inquiries, resolve technical and non-technical issues, and deliver prompt, professional assistance—all in an online environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications & Requirements
