Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who excels in leadership, customer service, and parts coordination within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of assigned sales and parts staff.

• Assign sales orders and delegate duties to ensure efficient workflow.

• Authorize payments, returns, and parts/core exchanges.

• Manage and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and supply shortages.

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and order merchandise weekly or as needed.

• Ensure store standards are upheld, including displays, signage, and cleanliness.

• Support day-to-day operations and perform staff duties when required.

• Provide exceptional service by managing client requests and supplying parts promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales supervision or a parts/retail leadership role preferred.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.

• Knowledge of heavy equipment parts is an asset but not required.
