At Norlands, we combine advanced digital and flexographic printing technologies with expert in-house design to help businesses showcase their products with eye-catching, functional packaging. We are currently seeking a qualified Price Management Analyst to join our growing team.

- Start date: As soon as possible
- Pay rate: $75,000 - $78,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Hours per week: 35
- Employment type: Permanent, Full-time

Tasks and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain practical HR policies, procedures, and programs that support daily operations on the production floor and meet the company’s staffing and compliance needs.

Guide supervisors, managers, and employees by clearly explaining HR policies, compensation structures, benefits, attendance expectations, and workplace procedures.

Help resolve employee concerns, performance issues, and workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Create and update job descriptions, job classifications, pay ranges, and competency profiles that accurately reflect manufacturing roles and production requirements.

Lead recruitment efforts, coordinate interviews, manage onboarding, and organize training programs—ensuring new hires receive proper safety orientation and role-specific training.

Manage HR systems and maintain accurate employee records, training logs, and safety documentation.

Support supervisors in conducting performance reviews, making sure feedback is clear, consistent, and aligned with production and quality goals.

Review employee benefits, health and safety policies, and workplace practices, recommending improvements that enhance employee well-being and meet manufacturing safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Education: College diploma or higher in human resource or relevant field is required
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in same or relevant role in human resources
- Experience in a similar manufacturing environment is an asset
- Language of work: English
- Fast-paced workplace with tight deadlines
- On-site only (no remote option)
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills
- Organized and adaptable
- Strong in both oral and written communication
- A team player with the ability to lead small groups
