Responsibilities

Tasks

• Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
• Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
• Schedule and coordinate work on sites
• Supervise other workers
•  Adding fittings and fixtures including door handles, hinges, lock and closure
• Liaising with clients to discuss project details, budget and timeline
• Able to work on high-rise building to install windows
• Maintain, repairs and renovate residences and wooden structures in high rise buildings and houses
• Carve and assemble furniture ,cabinets shelves and other items and install them where designated.
