FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR

Granny's Chicken & Grill needs three fully qualified and experienced Food Service Supervisor for fast paced and a busy restaurant.

Job responsibilities

• Estimate and order inventory and supplies required for the restaurant


• Establish methods to meet work schedules


• Maintain records for inventory, repairs, sales and waste


• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures


• Ensure food and service meet quality control standards


• May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets


• Supervise Kitchen and food service helpers; Cook (general)


• Ability to meet tight deadlines

Job requirements

Good Oral Communication skill

Minimum one year of work experience.

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
