New Smile Dental Group is team of experienced dentists and qualified medical professionals with a great degree of success and excellence in treating different dental conditions over the years. 


 


New Smile Dental Group is seeking an Administration Officer to work in our Surrey office.


 


Full time, permanent position (40 hours/ week)


 


Salary: C$ 25 per hour


 


Job Description (Administration Officer):



  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures for our 2 clinics

  • Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed

  • Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes

  • Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls

  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence


 


REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Experience: 2 years at least in same field

  • Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Business or public administration
