Bhogi - House of Biryani & Pulao is looking for a dynamic Kitchen Supervsisor, who have experience in supervising an Indian cuisine restaurtant's kitchen & who can help us built up a team from scratch at our new location.
Ideal Candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience supervising cooks & Kitchen operations at an Indian cuisine restaurant with expereince in non vegetarian dishes like Biryani, Kebabs & curries.
Following are some the duties, required:
- He shall be able to follow checklists and set up stations to restaurant standards
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, ensure food service and quality control.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs of equipment, sales and wastage.
- Prepare and submit daily reports, prepare food order summaries for chef, must have knowledge of the our restautant's culinary genres.
- He shall be able to perfectly supervise and check assembly of trays.
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, establish work schedules, for cooks and helpers.
