Job Description      :              

  • Act as receptionist for the main office, answer calls and collect, sort, and route all incoming correspondence.

  • Maintains an orderly and organized front office workspace.  

  • Maintain efficient inventory of supplies; track accurate par levels for weekly ordering while maintaining a cost-effective focus.    

  • Coordinate with the Cleaning Supervisor for the scheduling of new clients. 

  • Ensure a high level of customer service to our employees in the day to day operations.

  • Hire and train new employees.

  • Collaborate with and support other employees as applicable to communicate any questions, changes or updates.

  • Take part in planning in-house or off-site activities, socials, and celebrations for employee engagement, and marketing; coordinate all details from inception to execution.

  • Evaluate employee performance and client satisfaction.

  • Prepare special reports.
