Ethnic Food Cook (NOC:6322)
-Prepare and cook complete Japanese meals or individual dishes and food.
-Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
-Oversee kitchen operations.
-Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
-May clean kitchen and work area.
-May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
-May hire and train kitchen staff.
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Wage: $16.00 hourly for 30 days per week
Benefits: 10-day paid vacation.
Qualifications/ Skills/ Requirements
-Education: Completion of Secondary School
1-2 Years of experience in commercial food preparation, specializing in Japanese cuisine.
Language: Speak English, Read, English, Write English
