Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Determine and establish office procedures;
Supervise and train office staff in procedures and in use of current software;
Set up and maintain computerized information fillings;
Direct incoming mail/email to appropriate department;
Prepare and proofread invoices, presentations, reports;
Schedule and confirm appointments;
Answer calls and direct them to accordingly;
Arrange travel and make reservations;
Order and maintain office supplies.

Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation, Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Language: Proficient in English language
Experience: 1-2 years required
