Position Summary
Good Friend HR Company is seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to join the team. The Office Administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s office and will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. The main responsibilities will be creating and updating records and documents with personnel, financial and other data, conducting clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.

Salary: $23.00 per hour for 32 hours per week
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Start Date of Employment: As Soon As Possible
Vacation: 4% of gross salary in lieu of vacation time
Work Location: 7337 137 Street Suite 201 Surrey, BC Canada
Employment conditions: Must be available to work morning and day shift
Education: Secondary (High) School graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience


 


Job Description
⦁ Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
⦁ Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
⦁ Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
⦁ Create and update records and documents with personnel, financial and other data
⦁ Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
⦁ Provide administrative support for operations team
⦁ Assemble data and prepare reports


 


Job Skills
⦁ Excellent knowledge of MS Office
⦁ Ability to supervise 16-20 staff
⦁ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
⦁ Excellent organizational and leadership skills
⦁ Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
⦁ Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
