Salary: $30.00/ hour


Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Experience: 2-3 years in same or related field


 


Job Title: Administrative Assistant (NOC: 1311)


Qualification: Completion of secondary school


Main duties:



  • Duties of Book Keeper is to maintain complete sets of books, keep records of accounts, verify the procedures used for recording financial transactions, and provide professional bookkeeping services.

  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll and other bills

  • Prepare tax returns, Perform personal bookkeeping services

  • Calculate and submit tax remittance forms, worker’s compensation forms, pension contribution forms and other government documents.
