Position: Business Development Officer
Build client relationships. You will initiate new potential client contacts and develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to achieve selection to perform pre construction and detailed planning services.
Creating E-Marketing strategies to generate new areas of business for the growth of company including social media marketing by creating fresh and informative content through all the channels.
Set clear project milestones and manage projects from start to finish.
Conduct marketing research on competition, including pricing, promotions, etc.
Perform market research to identify, qualify and prioritize potential markets, projects and customers.
Develop strategies to optimize project opportunities and meet construction market business development goals.
Deliver exceptional presentations and proposals to clients to win business. Assist the development of major proposals.
Manage the input from departments (Engineering, Estimating, Contract Administration, Construction, IT, Legal, etc.) as required to prepare the proposal.
Make the marketing plans on a monthly basis to increase sales of the company and to fulfill the targets.
Represent us at trade shows. Identify and lead our participation in strategic trade shows for networking purposes and to increase our presence and visibility within the construction industry.
Gather information and define marketing objectives and strategies.
