  • Develop and execute annual corporate sales strategies to increase the market share of the company

  • Analyze and refine the existing regional sales plan to support the overall corporate sales objectives

  • Lead the sales team in maintaining relationship with current corporate clients and business partners as well as developing new business leads 

  • Work closely with the marketing team and agencies in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the corporate brand awareness

  • Develop and facilitate training initiatives on products and services to ensure that the sales team and channel partners have adequate knowledge and resources for business development

  • Participate in negotiating of agreements and contracts with business partners and corporate clients

  • Effectively manage the sales team by setting up personal or group objectives and monitor individual and group sales performance 

  • Report, analyze and review business results and report to the management with specific details and statistics

  • Collaborate with other functions, including marketing, finance and customer service team to support the achievement of business objectives and a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Recruit, interview and train new salesperson




-       A Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree is business-related field is Required

-       A Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in senior sales position, experience of managing sales team is preferred

-       Ability to actively interact with other units with professionalism, tact and good manner

-       Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills

-       Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

-       Outstanding leadership, ability to coach, lead and motivate staff

-       Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task

-       Consultative selling skills

-       Strong knowledge and understanding of sales planning and strategic planning

-       Proficiency with workplace software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.


Type of Job: Full-time/Permanent


Salary:  $42.00/ hour paid bi-weekly


Working Hours: 32.5 working hours per week from Monday to Friday


Other benefits: 2 weeks of vacation after each period of 12 months of work
