Cut, trim and prepare standard meat cuts.
Grind meats using powered grinders.
Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
Weighing and packaging meat products.
Placing orders with the suppliers.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
Work Environment- My contain odour and work in cold and refrigerated area.
