Require well qualified candidate that has extensive training in business administration, computer skills and accounting training . Must have Minimum of 3-5 years of administration experience. Administration officer to oversee and coordinate all administrative functions of the pharmacy including|:
-develop and maintain an updated website
-develop and maintain a computerized inventory control system
-maintain a database of purchases and expenditures
-order new and replacement prescription and non- prescription items
-Balance cash register on a daily basis as well as banking responsibilities.
-submit and reconcile credit card payments and followup with collections and delayed shipments
-recruit, train and schedule part time and temporary support workers
-develop and maintainbn accounting systems and financial controls
-preparation of all tax submissions, HST reporting, and payroll records
-meet with sales personnel to review new products with a view to determine their suitability
-diplomatically deal with customer relations
-develop a suitable marketing plan and innovation promotions to help business grow
-maintain computerized records of patient prescriptions and medical insurance benefits
-Ensure pharmacy displays are maintained in a neat, comprehensive manner
-Assist pharmacist with miscellaneous duties.
