Manufacturing Manager

Manufacturing Manager is requried to perform the following duties:

• Plan, organize, direct and evaluate daily operations.
• Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, labour and equipment to meet production targets and improve operational efficiency.
• Plan and allocate work to ensure optimal utilization of labour and machinery resources and to ensure delivery commitments and project labour budgets are met.
• Develop production schedules and maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products.
• Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work to improve productivity.
• Conduct regular machine maintenance and repairs as needed to ensure functional operating plant infrastructure,
• Direct quality control inspection system and develop production reporting procedures
• Supervise and train employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques to ensure that there is adequate trained staff to support projected business volume.
