Walia Wipers is hiring full-time Accounting technician to join our team. The company is based in Brampton, ON. We manufacture economically clothing wipers and prevent according to the business needs. We manufacture beals with high compression machines. Eco-friendly recycled wipers for the auto industry are one of our main products. We deal in the variety of recycled wipers such as Denims, Corduroy, Flannels, Fleeces, Thermals, Polo Knits, Cotton and Terry Towel. Walia Wipers are looking for full-time people that meet the following requirements;


  •  Location: Brampton, ON

  •  Salary: $23.50 / hour

Job requirements




College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Post journal entries, Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, Prepare trial balance of books, Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, Prepare tax returns, Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, Reconcile accounts, Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports

Job Duties:

  • Prepare and maintain financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

  • Prepare and submit various tax remittance forms such as HST, WSIB and source deductions

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll

  • Prepare information slips such as T4s and other required documents

  • Draft correspondence to Canada Revenue agency to deal with corporate tax matters

  • Post journal entries, reconcile accounts, prepare trial balances, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements

  • Perform bookkeeping in accounting software such as Sage 50 and QuickBooks.
