Walia Wipers is hiring a Quality control foreman/woman – textiles full-time to join our team. The company is based in Brampton, ON. We manufacture economically clothing wipers and prevent according to the business needs. We manufacture beals with high compression machines. Eco-firendly recycled wipers for the auto industry are one of our main products. We deal in the variety of recycled wipers such as Denims, Corduroy, Flannels, Fleeces, Thermals, Polo Knits, Cotton and Terry Towel. Walia Wipers are looking for full-time people that meet the following requirements:

Job Duties:

  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of production workers who operate machines
  • Responsible for monitoring Critical Control Points (CCP) and Critical Quality Points (CQP)
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other departments
  • Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality by collecting product samples as and when required
  • Requisition materials and supplies
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
  • Responsible for the correct recordings, preparing production and other reports
  • May set up machines and equipment.
  • Work as a role model for safety in workplace
