Job Description

Job Duties:

• Prepare Indian appetizers.
• Prepare and cook full course East Indian Curry and Tandoor items.
• Plan menus and ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions
• Work with minimal supervision
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Manage kitchen operations

Terms: Fulltime, Permanent.

Salary: $17.00/hour for 40hrs/week

Experience : 2-3 years related experience required, Must be able to work on tandoor.
