Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in agriculture field
Duties
- Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and equipment operators
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
- Ensure all health and farm safety procedures are being followed by the workers.
- Maintain quality control and production records.
- Make work schedules and establish procedures, train employees on work site.
Onsite accommodation will be provided at $30 per week, Relocation support such as air fare etc. can be provided along with the first three months of medical insurance, if required. All benefits as per employment standards act.
