Require Restaurant manager with 3-5 years of experience. Able to recruit, train, supervise and motivate kitchen and serving staff. Able to oversee activites in food preparation, ensuring high standard of hygiene and safety. Able to maintain inventory system, order and purchase food, drink and restaurant supplies and equipment. Ensure customer satisfaction in having a pleasurable experience by providing substantial servings, quality and tasty dishes at a moderate price. Able to ensure a smooth operation in both kitchen areas and public seating areas.
Ideally skilled in food preparation to assist cooks at busy times to ensure timely service.
Review , and update menu items based on customer feedback and create innovate specials including variety of ethnic dishes as well as traditional Canadian food.
Hours may vary and occasionally work split shifts to be available for breakfast , sometimes lunch and then evening service depending on days and number of dining.
Salary of $25.00 per hour based on 35 to 40 hours per week. Permanent position.
Able to ensure repeat business as well as offer welcome to new customers by providing personal and friendly greeting while at the same time ensuring maximum profit to ensure longevity of business.
