The Lakewood Inn is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to assist in the financial planning of the business. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and implement new policies and procedures.

Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Positions Available: 1 vacancy
Salary: $34.00 CAD per hour for 30 hours a week
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Language: English
Start Date of Employment: As soon as possible
Vacation: 4% of gross salary
Work Location: 365 South HWY 97, 100 Mile House, BC Canada
Employment conditions: Must be available for Morning and Day shifts.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: A minimum of 3 years to less than 5 years of relevant experience
Transportation/Travel: Must have own transportation
Work Setting: Motel
Job Description
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Train, direct, and motivate staff in new procedures
- Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
- Design and manage investment strategies to increase revenue
- Evaluate and monitor financial reporting and control systems and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets and other financial control functions to owner and other departments.
- Manage contracts with suppliers and contractors
- Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
- Preparation of reports
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily financial operations
