Ethnic Food Cook (NOC: 6322)

Job Description
- Prepare and cook complete Asian-fusion specialty meals, and individual dishes
- Responsible for making Asian sauce to complement dishes
- Assist in menu planning, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirement and costs and monitor supplies
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- May recruit and train staff in the cooking of Asian-fusion dishes

Terms of Employment: Permanent
Wage: $16.00 hourly for 30 hours per week
Benefit: 4% paid holiday
Qualifications/Skills/Requirements
- Education: High School
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience
- Language: Speak English, Read English and Write English
