Specific Skills
Manage staff work schedules and coordinate with shift supervisors. Monitor staff performance. Lead the screening and raining of new staff. Resolve customer complaints and submit incident reports. Ensure all standard operating procedures including health and safety regulations are followed. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the ntire operations of the restaurant. Control inventory and procurement, Monitor monthly revenues and submit reports.
