Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, Answer electronic enquiries, Compile data, statistics and other information, Order office supplies and maintain inventory, Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information


 


 Specific job duties:
-Grant writing for support of programs  
-Maintaining contact and communication with head office 


-Provide support to the Minister and other leaders in the carrying out of their duties


-Provide oversight for property management eg ensure maintenance schedules are kept and updated for property insurance standards


-Responsible for preparing and managing Contract correspondence (tracking and communicating approvals and filing)


-Follow-up with contractors to ensure adherence to expectations eg for servicing of machines and equipment


-Coordinate the repair and maintenance of computer and office equipment


-Make necessary arrangements for internal and external meetings


-Accepting resumes, doing prescreening of potential employees and directing to camp committee for interviewing for summer camp
