Job Title: Computer Help Desk Representative - Systems

Salary: $31.00 CAD per hour for 30 hours per week
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Start Date of Employment: As Soon As Possible
Vacation: 4% of gross salary in lieu of vacation time
Work Location: Delta, BC
Employment conditions: Must be available for Morning and Day Shift
Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
Job Description
- Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced
- Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
- Reproduce, diagnose, and resolve technical problems encountered by users
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
- Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
- Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
