Able to oversee activities in food preparation ensuring high standard of hygiene and safety. Able to maintain inventory system, order and purchase food, drink and restaurant supplies and equipment. Ensure customer satisfaction in having a pleasurable experience by providing substantial servings,quality and tasty dishes at a moderate price. Abble to ensure a smooth operation in light of COVID 19 requirements in both kitchen and public areas.
Ideally skilled in food preparation to assist cooks at peak times to ensure timely service. Review and update menu items based on customer feedback and create innovative speacials including a variety of ethnic dishes as well as traditional Canadian fare.
Salary of $25 .00 per hour bsaed on a 35 to 40 hour work week. Permanent position.
