The Food Service Supervisor will perform the following duties:
Provide supervision, tasks coordination and support to the staff.
Prepare staff weekly schedules
May assist management with screening of new applications is required
Ensure that food preparation meets the quality standards
Supervision of inventory control, maintenance of records of stocks, repair orders, sales contract and prevention of unnecessary wastage.
Supervision of delivery of ingredients, supplies and goods ordered on regular basis.
Train new hires and ensure workplace safety, cleanliness and hygiene measures are followed by all employees
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
Provide fast and friendly service to the clients
Resolve work related problems and grievances and perform other duties as required
The right candidate will have the following skills:
Completion of secondary School
Minimum one year of experience in related field.
May require to work on flexible schedule: early mornings, late evenings weekends and holidays.
Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers
Must be punctual, reliable and comfortable to work in fast pace environment
Wages offered: $15.00/hour for 40 hours a week.
