Required immediately, High Skilled Tandoori and Curry chef that is able to take charge of busy Indian restaurant kitchen, train and supervise kitchen helpers in prepaation , cooking and handling food while at the same time ensuring a hgh level sanitation and cleanliness.
Able to prepare wide variety of entrees, appetizers, salads, vegetables , soups and desserts.
Able to work efficiently in the kitchen and coordinate efforts of support staff to ensure maximum efficiency.
Maintain an inventory of food items and beverages and assume responsibility for ordering to ensure minimum wastage and maximum profitability.
Able to introduce specials to menu to encourage repeat visitors and therefore maintain a strong client base.
Able to ensure foods can be prepared that are suitable for take out and catering as well as dining in restaurant.
Must have solid references to verify 3-5 years of experience.
