Terms of Employment: Full Time & Permanent

Position: Food Service Supervisor (NOC: 6311)

Vacancy: 2

Working Hours: 8 Hours per day or 40 hours per week (Full-Time), Permanent

Wage: C$ 17/hour

Benefit: 10 days paid vacation per year

Job Duties:

• Ability to do shift work according to work schedule (daytime, evenings, weekends)
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant staffs
• Resolve customer complaints
• Estimate food consumption, place orders with suppliers and schedule delivery of fresh food and beverages
• Total receipts and balance against sales
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
• Ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards
• Making schedules & train other staffs as needed
• Open and close registers
• Assist all food service employees and provide necessary training to employees 
• Perform regular inspection of, dish room area, and cafeteria for cleanliness and proper operation of equipment.
• Take orders

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Language: English is required
• Education: Completion of High School
