Food Service Supervisor

Position: Food Service Supervisor (NOC 6311)
Position: Full Time/ Permanent

Hours: Full Time 40hrs / Week

Location: UNIT: 101, 7900 Westminster Hwy, Richmond, BC. V6X 1A5
Wage: C$ 25.20/ hour

Main Duties:

• Greet and make sure Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff that prepare, portion and serve food.
• Open and close registers as and when needed.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Preparing the work schedule of all the staff.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage and submit it to the manager.
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by constantly monitoring the storage room and the kitchen area.
• Will have to ensure the safety of the employees and customers.
• Check the food and its expiry date as per the instructions of the assigned person.

Qualification: Completion of Senior Secondary School.

Experience: Having experience in the same field for at least 1 year.
