Staff Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced Staffing Co-ordinator to join our team. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company’s staffing needs are met. The duties are as follows:
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applications
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and on terms and conditions of employment
- Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and arrange transfers, redeployment and placement of personnel
- Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions
- Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
- Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
- Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process
Fluent in English, Multiple languages preferred
Personal qualities: Mature, self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills, energetic, resourceful
College diploma/ or equivalent experience in Human Resources Management/Business/Personnel Administration, General
1 Year to less than 2 years’ experience
Salary:$45,000 (To be negotiated) 1 Vacancy, 35 hours/week, day working hours from 10:00 to 18:00
