Project Manager (non-technical)

Main duties

（1221）Project Manager (non-technical) perform some or all of the following duties:

• Focus on social platform and e-commerce construction;  business network development and promotion
• Online semi-finished products sales and marketing.
• Work on both Chinese and English social medias
• Establish work priorities, ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
• Conduct financial analyses and oversee administrative operations related to project budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
• Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• Ability to supervise records management technicians and related staff.

Qualifications Needed:

• College and above education required.
• At least 5 years working experience in project management and operation.
• Efficiently initiate quotations, shipping/delivery feasibility of requested items
• Coordinate with Clients, production team, IT professionals and Logistics to ensure availability of components according to plan
• Strong mathematical, problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong financial analysis, budget control experience
• Results oriented with persistent attention to detail, and able to influence outcomes in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reason and influence at all levels
• Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities.
• Excellent team building and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications
• Team player attitude, working collaboratively and respectfully
• Passion for customer satisfaction

This is a full time, permanent position

Salary from $53000 to $80000 based on qualification and experience
