Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people

Specific Skills: Establish work schedules and procedures, Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, Prepare and submit reports, Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, Arrange for maintenance and repair work, Resolve work related problems, Train workers in duties and policies, Arrange training for staff, Conduct performance reviews, Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, Co-ordinate, assign and review work, Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Work Setting: Transportation
Workers Supervised: Transportation route and crew schedulers, Dispatchers and radio operators
