Education: College diploma or equivalent.


Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of sales or wholesale experience


Specific Skills: 




  • Problem-Solving – Be able to identify issues or faults behind sales. The ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, as well as the ability to process information clearly, is vital to this role




  • Leadership – Be able to motivate various colleagues and teams to work towards shared sales targets and strategies




  • Customer Focus – Previous experience in a customer-oriented role is advantageous for this aspect of the job




  • Computer Skills – Have the ability to use computer software to do daily operation effectively




  • Numeracy Skills – Regularly analyze data and sales reports, need to have strong numerical abilities




 


Main Duties:




  • Develop, create, implement, and execute merchandising plans that help the business to grow.




  • Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and meet sales targets.




  • Oversee staff training and hiring of, evaluating personnel and improve the employment retention and development.




  • Utilize sales data to manage, develop, and serve existing accounts, identify and convert new account opportunities for the business




  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales, increasing the company’s competitiveness




  • Find ways to improve and develop sales numbers, maximize sales to reach the target




  • Cooperated with purchasing department and build relationships with suppliers and put the customer at the forefront of their strategies and plans, determine merchandise and services to be sold




  • Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints 




  • Deal with the company budgets, offer effective monitor of the revenues




  • Establish and maintain good customer relationship and improving customer service
