Ensure food and labour costs are consistently in line.
Self Starter, ability to work alone, initiative, effective interpersonal skills, flexibility, team player, excellent oral communication,
dependability, reliability and organized. Must be proficient in butchering, food preparation, expert plate presentation along with
maintaining records of food costs, rotation, sales and inventory. Preparation of meals a la minute making adjustments for allergies.
Prepare and cook food daily for special guests and or functions.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Fast paced environment, must be able to work under pressure. Must be a self starter as much time is spent working alone. Physically
demanding, attention to detail. Combination of standing, walking and standing for extended periods.
