Human Resource Officer ( NOC 1223 )

1 Full-time permanent Human Resource Officer ( NOC 1223 ) position available at Van Rehab Physiotherapy Inc., located at 150 West Drive, Brampton, ON, -L7T 4P9 Canada

Main Duties to be completed as per the NOC 1223:

• Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, Prepare and post notices and advertisements, Collect and screen applicants,
• Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment,
• Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews,
• Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers,
• Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures,
• Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures,
• Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process,
• Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training,
• Provide information or services such as employee assistance,
• counselling and recognition programs,
• Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties

Employment requirements

• A university degree or college diploma in a field related to personnel management
• Minimum one year of related experience required

Compensation:

$29.00 per hour for 37.50 hours weekly. Overtime starts after 44 hours
