Spa Manager

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for a dynamic individual for the position of Spa Manager in a busy and challenging workplace.
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Hire and train and schedule staff as needed, conduct regular training sessions and evaluations of staff
 Ensure all staff are always following all health protocols
 Ensure all staff are updated on Hand and Stone policies and procedures
 Follow up on complaints with Supervisors
 Review labour and inventory budgets monthly with Supervisors, amend as needed as per market demands
 Review monthly sales goals, implement strategies to increase them
 Audit memberships monthly
 Update owner on a weekly basis with the provided reports
 Research and implement new marketing strategies
 Conduct random guest satisfaction checks and follow up as needed
 Co-ordinate with the health board on COVID 19 directives
 Co-ordinate with owner on equipment repairs/replacements

Experience of a minimum 1 year required in a management role
College diploma minimum required
Hourly rate $33.75/hr, 35-40 hours per week, Permanent Full-time position
Location: 999 Lansdowne St W. Peterborough, Ontario
