Cook, Indian Cuisine (Tandoor and Curry)

Required as soon as possible, highly experienced cook that is able to very conversant with tandoor oven operations, as well as able to prepare a variety of curries, Must also be able to help with preparation of salads, vegetables, entrees, soups, appetizers) for eat in diner , take out service and catering functions.

Able to work independently or with others.

Must have minimum of 3 years of experience and have excellent references.

Prepare applicants with formalized training in food preparation.

Work days re Wednesdaty to Sunday.

Salary is $16.00 per hour based on a 40 hour work week.

Must be able to ensure full health and safety measures are followed, maintain inventory for food or beverages, and order replacement consumables and non consumables.
