Job Title -Manager Operations

Position : Full time / permanent
Salary: $23.00/hour
- Define, develop and communicate service delivery operations processes and procedures.
- Develop a tactical strategy, develop and implement a supporting operational strategy
- Project future revenues and expenses.
- Ensure operational efficiency via the development and implementation of sound operational, process, quality, standard and service optimization processes.
- Recruit personnel and oversee their training.
- Monitor company's performance, prepare reports for senior management and plan for changes to schedules and policies.
