Title of Position: Customer Service Supervisor (NOC 6314)

Position Available: 1

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (30-40 hours/week)

Wage: $31/hour

Language required: English

Location of work: same as business address

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you are expected to perform the following duties:

• Supervise and assign customer service duties to responsible staff
• Review work progress of each responsible staff to ensure work are done
• Establish staff work schedule and pharmacy operating procedures
• Ensure all equipment and computer are functioning properly
• Resolve customer complaints and provide customer service
• Hire and train new staff members
• Prepare report and relevant documents on business daily operation and customer service record
• Monitor pharmacy inventory and order supplies when required

Job Requirement:

• One year work experience in customer service field is required
