Business Marketing Manager
Job description:
â— Manage the marketing department
â— Manage the marketing budget, indirectly influence return on investment (ROI) and growth of business to maintain and improve bottom-line
â— Establish service protocols, initiate market research studies and analyze their findings
â— Direct marketing department, develop and implement communication strategies and information programs
â— Ability to lead and build team(s) for present and future growth
â— Build and maintain a network with physicians
â— Provide feedback from the field to management for improving services
â— Implement strategies for business development by forging relationships with Clinics
â— Develop marketing plans, and manage marketing budgets to promote business
â— Prepare and present marketing report to Management
Work experience required:
â— 5+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing
â— 3+ years in a team lead position
â— Have experience in finance/accounting, budgeting and forecasting
â— Expertise in IT systems / software
Education required:
â— Minimum: Bachelor's degree
â— Good English language skills
Budgetary Responsibility:
Manage budgetary allocations that may vary from $50,000-$100,000 year to year
Additional Skills required:
- Planning and controlling marketing budget and expenditures;
- Managing contracts;
- Hiring, training and directing staff;
- Experience developing promotional materials and creating press releases for social media in the professional domain (LinkedIn)
- Creating newsletter and communications materials
- Have excellent written communication skills
